Exploration of the Reform of Talent Training Model for Traditional Chinese Medicine Majors in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Comprehensive Hospital Development

Abstract
To meet the development requirements of general hospitals,comprehensively promote the cultivation of talents in tradi-tional Chinese medicine(TCM)majors in higher vocational colleges,and improve the comprehensive quality of medical students,this paper analyzed the existing problems in the current talent training mode for TCM majors in higher vocational colleges,explored the op-timization and reform of the talent training mode,and put forward relevant innovative strategies.Finally,based on the competency model,it put forward suggestions on the job requirements and skills for the talent training mode of TCM majors,so as to provide sup-port for improving the talent training mode of TCM majors in higher vocational colleges.关键词
