摘要
Abstract
Lassa fever is an acute animal borne hemorrhagic fever caused by Lassa virus,and about one-third of survivors will experience sensorineural hearing loss.This article systematically reviews the research on Lassa virus and its mediated hearing loss,and elucidates that the mechanism of hearing loss may be related to immune response mediated loss of inner ear nerve cells.Further research is needed in the future to investigate the pathogenesis of Lassa virus mediated hearing loss,laying a foundation for the development of effective auditory rehabilitation strategies.关键词
