摘要

Abstract

With in-depth research on bone conduction mechanisms and technological innovations,application of bone conduction hearing aids and auditory implants has expanded significantly,offering more options for patients with hearing impairments.Studies indicate that mechanisms of sound transmission via bone conduction vary across frequencies.This article reviews five widely accepted hypotheses in bone conduction:intracanal sound pressure,ossicular inertia,cochlear fluid inertia,cochlear compression/expansion,and cerebrospinal fluid pressure transmission.It discusses the impact of bone conduction implants on sound source localization and tinnitus and summarizes the classification and characteristics of bone conduction and middle ear implant devices,aiming to provide basis for selecting suitable auditory implants in the clinic.
