摘要

Abstract

Tea is a healthy drink with multiple biological benefits.China has the largest tea garden area and output in the world.However,traditional tea brewing and drinking can no longer consume the domestic tea production capacity.Under the dual drive of the country's broad food concept and health consumption demand,novel-tea beverages and novel-tea foods with unique flavors and rich nutrition have gradually become the first choice of consumers.The tea derivative product industry in China is booming.This article first introduced the market overview of tea derivative products,and further elaborated on product innovation,technological innovation and development trends in the development of tea derivative products in China,aiming to promote the healthy utilization of China's rich tea resources.
