Promoting High-quality Development of New Tea-based Food Products Through the New Era's All-encompassing Approach to Food
摘要
Abstract
Based on the theoretical background of the new era's all-encompassing approach to food,this paper sys-tematically explored the development,definition,and connotation of the new tea food category across three dimensions.First,it reviewed the historical evolution and contemporary significance of the all-encompassing approach to food,clarifying its guiding role for the development of new tea-based food products.Subsequently,it defined the concept and classification of new tea-based food products in daily life,demonstrating the practical necessity and characteristics of such a definition.Finally,it expounded on the significant connotations of developing novel tea-based foods from the perspective of the all-encompassing approach to food,emphasizing their role in consumer demand,industrial upgrading,and cultural dissemination.Relevant suggestions were proposed to provide insights and inspiration for the integrated innovation and high-quality development of the modem tea industry.关键词
