The Mechanism of Embryogenesis of Panax notoginseng Based on Transcriptome and Hormone Metabolism

Abstract
Plant hormones play a key role in the process of plant embryogenesis.To explore the differ-ential genes related to the formation of Panax notoginseng embryosomes and hormone metabolism,common Panax notoginseng callus,embryogenic Panax notoginseng callus and Panax notoginseng embryosomes were used as test materials.The combined analysis method of transcriptome and hor-mone metabolism was adopted to reveal the mechanism of Panax notoginseng embryogenesis.The results indicated that the five major types of hormones,namely cytokinin,auxin,gibbaellin,salicylic acid and abolic acid,showed significant expression changes during the development from the callus of common Panax notoginseng to the embryoid.It was speculated that HDT1,ATHB-14 and CHLM promoted the differentiation of Panax notoginseng from embryoid callus to embryoid by regulating hormone signal transduction.关键词
