冰草种质资源种子表型多样性及萌发特性分析
Analysis of Seed Phenotypic Diversity and Germination Characteristics in Agropyron cristatum Germplasm Resources

Abstract
To explore the differences in seed phenotypic traits and germination characteristics among various ice grass germplasm resources,the seed length,seed width,length-to-width ratio,projection area,1000-grain weight,germination potential,germination rate and germination index of 19 Agropyron cristatum germplasm resources were determined,and a systematic analysis was conducted based on correlation analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis.The results showed that the seed length,seed width,aspect ratio,seed projected area and 1000-grain weight of different Agropyron cristatum germplasm resources were from 832.64 μm to 1 151.41 μm,120.12 μm to 181.28 μm,5.61 to 8.90,62 584.42 μm2 to 103 059.58 μm2 and 1.646 5 g to 3.080 8 g,respectively.The time when Agropyron cristatum seeds started to germinate was from the 3rd to the 5th day,and the peak germination period reached from the 1st to the 4th day after germi-nation.The germination duration was 6 to 19 days.The ones with higher average germination potential,ger-mination rate and germination index were BC40,BC28 and BC24 in sequence,and the smallest one was BC17·All eight indicators of Agropyron cristaturn seeds showed varying degrees of variation,ranging from 10.71％to 50.70％.Correlation analysis indicated that the germination ability of seeds had no significant correlation with seed length,seed width,aspect ratio,projected area of seeds,or 1000-grain weight.At a Euclidean dis-tance of 22 points,all the test materials were divided into three major groups.All the indicators of the GroupⅠ were relatively low.The seeds of Group Ⅱ were wide and had a relatively high projected area.The seed length,aspect ratio,1000-grain weight,germination potential,germination rate and germination index of the Group Ⅲ were all relatively high.Studies indicated that BC28,BC35 and BC36 had excellent phenotypic traits and germination characteristics,and could be potential germplasm resources for further exploration and utili-zation as superior germplasm resources of Agropyron cristatum.关键词
