皇帝蕉新品种'热贡1号'花蕾苞片颜色变异分析
Analysis of Variation in Bud Bract Color of the New Musa acuminata 'Pisang Mas' Cultivar 'Regong No.1'

Abstract
The color of Musa nana flower buds and bracts is an important indicator in Musa nana classification and new variety breeding,but there are relatively few studies on the formation of the color of Musa nana flower buds and bracts.Taking the new variety of Musa acurninata'Pisang Mas','Regong No.1',which had significantly changed the color of its flower buds and brassings,as the experimental material,five brassings at different sites were selected for color and chroma observation,pigment type and content analysis,and antho-cyanin type and content analysis,with the aim of initially clarifying the reasons for the color change of the flower buds and brassings of'Regong No.1'.The results showed that the a* value at the S1 position of the brbud of'Regong No.1'flower buds decreased by 3.45%compared with the control,while the b* value in-creased by 317.04%,indicating that its color shifted towards the yellowish-green series.The flavonoid content in the bud and bracts of'Regong No.1'reached 18.50 mg/g,which was 4.98%higher than that of the control.The anthocyanin content reached 9.86 mg/g,which was 14.03%higher than that of the control.Among them,the content of steppelin reached 2.667 mg/g,which was 37.2%higher than that of the control.The content of cyanidin was 0.199 mg/g,with an increase of 42.1%compared to the control.Meanwhile,gerani-um,paeoniflorin and mallow were detected in the buds and bract of the control,while none were detected in'Regong No.1'.Therefore,the color variation of the flower buds and bracts of'Re Gong No.1'might be related to the significant change in the types and contents of anthocyanins.关键词
