摘要

Abstract

In order to preliminarily understand the metabolic substances that affect the grafting affinity of Litchi chinensis,ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)technology was used to conduct extensive targeted metabolomics studies on the grafting strong affinity combination'Huanzhi(rootstock)-Heiye(scion)'and weak affinity combination'Heiye(root-stock)-Huaizhi(scion)'.The results showed that a total of 1 166 metabolites were identified in the samples.Among the two grafting combinations,'Huaizhi(rootstock)-Heiye(scion)'and'Heiye(root-stock)-Huaizhi(scion)',41 differential metabolites were screened out.The differential metabolites mainly included flavonoids,phenolic acids,amino acids and their derivatives,etc.The criteria for jud-ging the strength of grafting affinity of Litchi chinensis after grafting were preliminarily screened out substance of nature.KEGG enrichment analysis of differential metabolites revealed that the main met-abolic pathways significantly enriched by differential metabolites were flavonoid biosynthesis,folic acid biosynthesis,inositol phosphate metabolism,glycerol phosphate lipid metabolism,flavonoid bio-synthesis,starch and sucrose metabolism,etc.
