温热种质改良玉米自交系产量和穗部性状配合力分析
Combining Ability Analysis of Yield and Ear Characters by Maize Inbred Lines with Introgression from Temperate and Tropical Germplasm

Abstract
To explore the influence of the proportion of tropical germplasm bloodline on the compatibil-ity of temperate maize(Zea mays L.)inbred lines,the NC-Ⅱ genetic mating design was adopted.Twenty inbred lines with different proportions of tropical germplasm bloodline were selected as the test lines and four tropical maize test varieties were used to formulate 80 hybrid combinations.The compatibility of agronomic traits of each combination and the application potential and breeding value of these inbred lines were systematically evaluated.The results indicated that the improved lines YM-LT9,YMLT14,YMLT5,YMLT20 and YMLT10 demonstrated excellent overall performance in terms of yield and the combination ability of panicle traits,and had high potential for breeding utiliza-tion.The GCA effect values of each improved line on panicle length and other panicle related traits did not show a significant correlation with the GCA effect values of single-plant yield.When the propor-tion of tropical germplasm introduced was 12.500%,the yield GCA effect value of the inbred line reached the maximum positive value.However,as the proportion continued to increase to 96.875%,the yield GCA dropped to the lowest negative value.Therefore,in the process of maize breeding,the proportion of tropical germplasm introduced should be carefully considered to ensure the optimization of breeding efficiency and effect.关键词
