Identification and Bioinformatics of WRKY Gene Family in Xizang Medicine Meconopsis horridula

Abstract
To identify the WRKY gene family of Meconopsis horridula,the members of the WRKY gene family were identified based on the full-length transcriptome data of Meconopsis horridula,and a systematic analysis was conducted on the physicochemical properties of its proteins,the construction of the phylogenetic tree,the structural characteristics of the genes,the prediction of the secondary and tertiary structures of the proteins,and the relationship of the protein-protein interaction network.The results showed that a total of 43 members of the MhWRKY gene family were identified and screened.The sequence lengths of the encoded proteins ranged from 132 to 867 aa,with isoelectric points ranging from 5.08 to 9.96.The fatty coefficients of their proteins were all less than 100,indica-ting that they were hydrophilic proteins.The subcellular localization prediction results indicated that the 43 MhWRKY proteins were mostly located in the nucleus,with a small portion located in the chloroplast.Evolutionary tree analysis showed that the genes of the WRKY family of Meconopsis hor-ridula were classified into three major categories:Group Ⅰ,Group Ⅱ,and Group Ⅲ.Among them,Group Ⅱ could be further divided into four subgroups:Meconopsis horridula and Arabidopsis thali-ana WRKY.The protein was distributed in each group.It was speculated that the WRKY transcrip-tion factors of Meconopsis horridula and Arabidopsis thaliana in the same group or subgroup could have similar functions.Conserved domain analysis revealed that all MhWRKY had a highly conserved WRKYGQK motif and its unique zinc finger structure(C-X7-C-X23-H-X-C).The results of gene structure and conserved Motif analysis showed that there were certain differences in the number and distribution of motifs among different MhWRKY members,and members of the same group or sub-group exhibitted certain similarities.关键词
