Abstract

In order to understand the genetic diversity level of Oryza sativa subsp.japonica resources in our country,reduce the blindness of parent selection,and thereby improve the predictability and efficiency of new Oryza sativa subsp.japonica variety breeding,Taking 141 Oryza sativa subsp.ja-ponica rice germplasm resources collected from 12 regions in China as the research object,the genetic diversity levels of 10 phenotypic traits were evaluated and analyzed through genetic diversity analysis,principal component analysis,correlation analysis,cluster analysis,etc.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of the 10 phenotypic traits ranged from 5.43%to 76.66%,among which the coefficient of variation of grain thickness was the smallest and that of the number of shriveled grains was the largest.The genetic diversity index of the 10 phenotypic traits ranged from 1.75 to 2.09.A-mong them,the genetic diversity index of the number of shriveled grains was the lowest,and the ge-netic diversity index of grain thickness was the highest.Cluster analysis classified 141 Oryza sativa subsp.japonica rice varieties into four major groups,and the phenotypic traits of each group were significantly different.Principal component analysis transformed 10 phenotypic trait indicators into 4 principal components,with a cumulative contribution rate of 89.51%.The D value of the comprehen-sive phenotypic evaluation was calculated by the membership function method.Among the 141 Oryza sativa subsp.japonica rice resources,the top 5 resources with the highest comprehensive scores were Jinyuan89,Bidao126,Shixindao1504,Tengxi138,and Tiejing1603,demonstrating good comprehen-sive traits.
