The Family of Genome-wide Identification and Expression Analysis of GRF Transcription Factors in Ipomoea triloba L

Abstract
Growth regulatory factors(GRF)play a crucial regulatory role in the growth and develop-ment,signal transduction,and stress response of plants.By using bioinformatics methods,the whole genome of GRF members of Ipomoea triloba was identified,and their phylogenetic relationships,gene structures,cis-acting elements of promoters,collinearity relationships and expression character-istics were analyzed.The results showed that the three-lobbed leaf potato contained 19 GRF family members,which were unevenly distributed on 11 chromosomes.According to their protein structure and phylogenetic characteristics,19 ItbGRFs were divided into 4 groups.Interspecies collinearity a-nalysis revealed that 15 ItbGRFs were collinear with IbGRFs.Expression pattern analysis revealed that the expression levels of most ItbGRFs genes were relatively high in the leaves,and most Itb-GRFs genes responded to adverse stress.关键词
