摘要

Abstract

Seed density per silique is one of the important traits affecting Brassica napus yield and plays a significant role in increasing rapeseed yield.In previous studies,it was found that the grain density site cqSD-A9 could be stably detected in multiple environments.To construct a new BC1 popu-lation using the No.3879 and No.3383 strains selected from the DH lines and the spring Brassica na-pus'QU'as parents,SSR molecular markers were developed using the Darmor-bzh'reference genome sequence.the BC1 population was detected and preliminarily located using polymorphic markers.The results indicated that six SSR markers were closely linked to the QTL of Seed density per silique on chromosome A9,reducing the interval from 23.82-29.19 Mb to 26.58-28.49 Mb.Meanwhile,a finely positioned population was constructed using marker-assisted selection.
