miR-185在急性脑梗死患者中表达情况及与预后的相关性研究
Expression of miR-185 in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction and Its Correlation with Prognosis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression level of miR-185 in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI)and its correlation with prognosis.Methods Sixty-two ACI patients admitted to Nantong First People's Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the ACI group,and 50 healthy individuals undergoing physical examinations during the same period were selected as the healthy group.Clinical data and miR-185 expression levels were compared between the two groups.The Kaplan-Meier method was used to analyze and compare the 90-day progression-free survival rates of ACI patients with different miR-185 expression levels.Multivariate Cox regression analysis was performed to identify factors influencing the survival of ACI patients.Results Body mass index,total cholesterol,triglyceride,and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels were higher in the ACI group than in the healthy group,while serum miR-185 expression was significantly lower(P<0.05).Among ACI patients,the proportion of cardiac history and National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores differed significantly between the low and high miR-185 expression groups(P<0.05).The 90-day progression-free survival rate was lower in the low miR-185 expression group than in the high expression group(P=0.030).Multivariate Cox regression analysis identified miR-185 and NIHSS score as independent factors influencing ACI survival(P<0.05).Conclusion miR-185 is lowly expressed in ACI patients and is an independent factor influencing poor prognosis.关键词
