Abstract
[Objective]Based on the understanding of chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS)accompanied with anxiety and depression,to summarizes the clinical experience of treating with the combination of"acupuncture at the nape plane"and the"the old ten needles".[Methods]By consulting ancient books and modern research literature,Summarizing the understanding of CFS with anxiety and depression,defines the cause of disease and pathogensis,combinded with experience of treating with"acupuncture at the nape plane"and the"the old ten needles",and cites a clinical medical case for evidence.[Results]The main cause of disease and pathogenesis of CFS with anxiety and depression are"poor blood circulation in brain and lecal parts"and"weak rotation of the pivot of the middleJiao".The author advocates for a treatment approach that involves"loosening soft tissue,improving lecal blood circulation"and"mediating the pivot of the middleJiao,regulating Qi and blood",using"acupuncture at the nape plane"and"the old ten needles"as clinical experiential therapies."Acupuncture at the nape plane"uses the method of pressing with the thumb to induce varying degree of pain,with the obvious tender area at the nape plane as the"tender point"for treatiment,primarily involves Fengchi,Fengfu,Tianzhu and other Ashi points,while"the old ten needles"mainly target points like Sanwan,Qihai,Tianshu,Zusanli and Neiguan.In the case,the patient was diagnosed as liver depression and spleen deficiency of CFS,accompanied with anxiety and depression.The author adopted the treatment principle of"loosening soft tissue,improving blood circulation""soothing the liver,strengthening the spleen,and regulating Qi and blood",achieving remarkable results.[Conclusion]The combination of"acupuncture at the nape plane"and"the old ten needles"can alleviate neck soft tissue injury,maintain normal blood circulation to the brain,enhance the rotational force of the pivot of the middleJiao,smoth the liver and regulate Qi and blood circulation,which forms a unique diagnostic and treatment approach for CFS accompanied with anxiety and depression.关键词
