摘要

Abstract

The nanoparticles and dispersants suitable for ammonia-water solution are selected in this paper.Eight hydrophilic nanofluids are prepared by two-step method,and the dispersion stability of the solution is further studied by sedimentation observation method and absorbance method.The results show that the initial absorption of both nanofluid increases with the increase of nanoparticle concentration,yet there are significant differences in the changes of absorbance.The absorbance of standing TiO2 nanofluid decreased dramatically within 15 hours,however,the absorbance of SiO2 nanofluid shows a linear and gradual change.The relative absorbance is compared laterally.After 65 hours of sedimentation,the relative absorbance of the TiO2 nanofluid up to 0.387.The relative absorption of SiO2 nanofluid is generally higher than 0.56,showing an overall trend better than that of TiO2 nanofluid.
