摘要

Abstract

Through theoretical calculations,the settlement rules of particles with different density components in the supergravity centrifugal force field were explored,and the influence of operating factors such as centrifugal speed and solid mass fraction on the particle segregation,layering and mismatching behavior in the centrifugal field was investigated.Further,a supergravity separation system was built for the separation of coal-measure oil shale with different particle size grades.The results show that the supergravity centrifugal field significantly enhances the effect of particle segregation and layering according to density differences.Compared with the conventional gravitational field,the ash segregation degrees of the simulated materials with particle size grades of(0.250,0.500],(0.125,0.250]and[0.074,0.125]mm increase by 0.15,0.15 and 0.13,respectively.Moreover,the higher the proportion of coarse particle size grade particles in the mixed material,the better the segregation and layering effect of the particle group.When the solid phase mass fraction is 20%and the centrifugal speed is 400 r/min,the(0.250,0.500],(0.125,0.250],[0.074,0.125]mm ash segregation degree of the mixed material with the mass ratio of each particle size fraction component being 2꞉1꞉1 is 0.418.Under the optimal separation conditions,the deashing efficiencies of coal-measure oil shale with particle size grades of(0.250,0.500],(0.125,0.250],[0.074,0.125]and[0.074,0.500]mm are 37.85%(834 r/min,0.04 MPa),25.71%(973 r/min,0.04 MPa),30.68%(1 112 r/min,0.02 MPa),22.08%(1 112 r/min,0.05 MPa),respectively.The oil content of the concentrate is increased by 2.69%,2.05%,2.63%and 1.9%compared with the raw ore,respectively.The separation and pre-enrichment of coal-measure oil shale by the supergravity centrifugal field provides technical support for promoting the efficient utilization of coal-series oil shale resources.
