三氯异氰尿酸高效抑制胡敏酸吸附金行为研究
Research on high-efficiency inhibition of gold adsorption behavior of humic acid by trichloroisocyanuric acid

Abstract
Humic acid is a kind of macromolecular organic acid,which has a very strong adsorption capacity for gold,triggering the"gold robbery"effect and affecting the extraction and recovery of gold.In the paper,the organic chlorinating agent trichloroisocyanuric acid(TCCA)was used as an effective inhibitor to restrain the adsorption behavior of gold by humic acid.Through single-factor experiments and the establishment of a multiple linear regression model,scanning electron microscopy,infrared spectroscopy,and UV-VIS were employed to explicate the mechanism underlying the inhibition behavior of humic acid adsorption by using TCCA.The results show that the concentration,and the inhibition time have a significant influence on the inhibition process.Under the optimal conditions,i.e.,the pH is 5.0,TCCA concentration is 0.015 mol/L,temperature is 35℃,and an inhibition time is 100 min,the adsorption percentage of gold can be decreased to 2.68%.TCCA interacts with humic acid,leading to the vanishing of aggregation behavior and reducing its average pore size and specific surface area to 1.80 nm and 9.94 m2/g,respectively.The number of surface-active adsorption sites decreases,and the adsorption activity decreases.Oxygen-containing groups and aromatic structure in humic acid are oxidated,the chemical environmental surrounding N—C and C—O bonds are altered,effectively impeding humic acid forming gold-organic carbon complexes with gold,ultimately the gold-adsorbing behavior is inhibited by humic acid.关键词
