基于Archard模型的悬索桥短吊杆连接件自润滑轴承磨损评估方法
Wear evaluation method of self-lubricating bearing for short suspender connector of suspension bridge based on Archard model

Abstract
To ensure the safe service performance of self-lubricating spherical plain bearings in the short suspender connectors of suspension bridge,and to accurately assess the wear life of the polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)fabric liner,a wear life assessment method for self-lubricating spherical plain bearings was established.Firstly,based on the Archard wear theory,the wear simulation model for spherical plain bearing was developed.This model was characterized by the wear behavior of the PTFE fabric liner under loads.Secondly,the rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model of spherical plain bearing was established,and the simulation of the wear life of the spherical plain bearing under constant load was completed.Thirdly,by integrating the alternating load measured during the operation of the bridge and the relative displacement-time history data between the sling connector and the bridge body,the load spectrum and the deflection angle-time history curve on the bearing were constructed.Finally,based on an actual suspension bridge,the local wear depth of PTFE fabric liner was dynamically characterized by real-time tracking the offset of bearing center.The quantitative assessment of the wear life of self-lubricating spherical plain bearing in the coupling of alternating loads and motions was realized.The results show that under the constant load of 1 000 kN,the relative error between the simulated result of bearing wear life and the rating life calculated according to the standard JB/T 8565-2010 is only 3.7%,which verifies the applicability and reliability of the established simulation model and the assessment method.The assessment result based on the measured load show that the service life of the PTFE fabric liner of the self-lubricating spherical plain bearing for short suspender connector of the suspension bridge is about 9.68 a.关键词
