拉贝洛尔为主综合治疗对高原地区妊娠高血压患者的应用效果分析
Analysis of the Application Effect of Labetalol-Based Comprehensive Treatment on Patients with Pregnancy-Induced Hypertension in Plateau Areas

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of labetalol-based comprehensive treatment on gestational hypertension(PIH)patients in high-altitude areas.Method:A total of 84 PIH patients admitted to Qinghai Women and Children's Hospital from July 2023 to November 2024 were enrolled in this study and randomly divided into two groups,with 42 cases each.The control group received conventional antihypertensive treatment,while the experimental group was treated with labetalol-based comprehensive treatment.Both groups were treated for 14 days.The hypertension levels,pregnancy outcomes,biochemical test indicators,and clinical efficacy rates of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Result:Before treatment,both groups had high blood pressure levels.At 1 to 3 months post-treatment,blood pressure levels in both groups showed a downward trend,with the experimental group exhibiting lower diastolic/systolic blood pressure parameters compared to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group had fewer cases and a lower proportion of adverse pregnancy outcomes,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).No statistically significant difference was observed in blood biochemical indicators between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the experimental group showed superior blood biochemical test results,with three indicator levels lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the labetalol-based experimental group,the condition of PIH patients was effectively controlled,and the total efficacy rate was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Labetalol-based comprehensive treatment plays a significant role in controlling PIH symptoms,effectively reducing blood pressure,protecting vital organ functions,and improving maternal pregnancy outcomes.关键词
