Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of dopamine combined with phentolamine in the treatment of children with pneumonia complicated with heart failure.Method:A total of 86 children with pneumonia complicated with heart failure admitted to the First Hospital of Hanbin District of Ankang from June 2022 to September 2024 were selected as the study objects.And they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with phentolamine,while the observation group was treated with dopamine.The effective rate,clinical indicators,improvement of myocardial enzymes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The effective rate of the observation group was higher than control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The heart rate recovery time,respiratory recovery time,heart failure correction time,hospitalization time in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CK-MB,LDH,CK in the observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For children with pneumonia complicated with heart failure,the combination of phentolamine and dopamine can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,shorten the recovery time of the disease,promote the improvement of heart failure symptoms,reduce the level of myocardial enzyme spectrum indicators,and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.关键词
