摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant adnexal masses.Method:A total of 110 patients admitted to Longyan People's Hospital due to adnexal masses from January 2021 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects and underwent MRI examinations.Taking the pathological examination results as the"gold standard",the benign and malignant conditions of adnexal masses detected by the two examination methods were compared.Result:The pathological results showed that among 110 patients,76 were benign and 34 were diagnosed as malignant.MRI examination showed 75 benign cases and 31 malignant cases.Taking pathological diagnosis as the gold standard, the sensitivity of MRI in differentiating the benign and malignant of adnexal masses was 94.12%,the specificity was 96.05%,the accuracy rate was 95.45%,and the Kappa value was 0.894.The consistency of the two in diagnosing the benign and malignant of adnexal masses was relatively high.MRI has a relatively high detection rate for malignant teratoma, malignant ovarian choroidal stromal tumor, ovarian cyst and benign choroidal stromal tumor, all being 100.00%.The comparison of DWI signal intensity values and ADC values of benign and malignant cystic masses showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The DWI signal intensity value of malignant solid masses was higher than that of benign masses, while the ADC value was lower than that of benign masses, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:MRI has a relatively high accuracy in differentiating benign and malignant adnexal masses and can provide a reliable basis for clinical intervention.关键词
