Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effects of intrauterine balloon tamponage(IUBT)combined with bilateral uterine artery ligation(BUAL)on blood loss and thromboelastogram(TEG)in patients with postpartum hemorrhage(PPH)after cesarean section.Method:Clinical data of 95 patients with PPH during cesarean section were collected from February 2023 to September 2024.They were divided into control group(48 cases)and observation group(47 cases)according to different treatment plans.The control group was hemostatic with BUAL regimen,and the observation group was hemostatic with combination BUAL regimen.The bleeding and blood transfusion,postoperative recovery indexes and adverse events were compared between the two groups.TEG indexes[reaction time(R time),coagulation time(K time),maximum thrombus elastic force(MA)]of the two groups were compared before and 12 h after surgery.Result:Compared with the control group,the total blood loss and blood transfusion in the observation group were lower,and the time of hemostasis,getting out of bed and staying in hospital were shorter(P<0.05).12 h after operation,the R time and K time of both groups were shortened and the MA was increased,and the R time of observation group was shorter and the MA was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:IUBT combined with BUAL can improve hemostasis,reduce blood loss,improve coagulation function and promote postoperative recovery in PPH patients after cesarean section.关键词
