Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of combined treatment of sodium thiosulfate and hemoperfusion(HP)on skin itching score and calcium and phosphorus metabolism in patients with uremia complicated with refractory skin itching.Method:86 patients with uremia complicated with refractory skin itching admitted to Fujian Tingzhou Hospital frrom January 2022 to August 2023 were taken as the subjects.All selected cases were assigned to two groups(43 cases each)with random numerical table.The control group received routine hemodialysis treatment,while the observation group received a combination of sodium thiosulfate and HP hemodialysis treatment.The clinical efficacy,renal function indicators(BUN,Scr,Cys-C),calcium and phosphorus metabolism indicators(Ca,P,iPTH),inflammation indicators(CRP,PCT,SAA),14-item uremic skin itching scale(14-tem UP-Dial Scale),and complications in both groups were compared.Result:The observation group obtained higher effective rate than the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had lower BUN,Scr,Cys-C,Ca,P,iPTH,CRP,PCT,SAA levels and 14-tem UP-Dial Scale score compared with the control group(P<0.05).The comparison of the incidence of complications in both groups expressed no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sodium thiosulfate combined with HP can improve renal function,promote calcium and phosphorus metabolism,reduce inflammation in the blood,alleviate skin itching symptoms and have a low risk of complicationsin patients with uremia complicated by refractory skin itching.关键词
