消积化瘀丸联合射波刀对原发性肝癌患者的临床疗效及早期复发转移的影响
The Clinical Efficacy and Early Recurrence and Metastasis of Xiaoji Huayu Pill Combined with Cyberknife in Patients with Primary Liver Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of liver cancer with Xiaoji Huayu Pills combined with cyberknife and its influence on early recurrence and metastasis.Method:A total of 80 patients with primary liver cancer who had received cyberknife treatment from January 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects.And they were all admitted to Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine.They were randomly assigned to two group.The treatment group was also given oral Xiaoji Huayu Pills for a course of one year.The clinical effects and toxic side effects of the two groups were compared.Result:After half a year and one year of treatment,The treatment group showed a higher total effective rate for tumor reduction,with the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).After one year of treatment,the treatment group's recurrence and metastasis rates was lower than the other with the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)in both groups were down-regulated,and the expression of serum tumor protein 53(P53)was up-regulated after treatment.Moreover,the treatment group's improvement was significantly greater,and this difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).A more significant improvement in both the traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and the quality of life score demonstrated in the treatment group,and the incidence of adverse reactions decreased by 20%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Xiaoji Huayu Pills and cyberknife in the treatment of liver cancer has a good clinical efficacy,effectively reduces the early recurrence and metastasis of tumors,and has good safety.It can be used for clinical promotion.关键词
