Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with acupuncture in postpartum stress urinary incontinence of qi deficiency type.Method:80 patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence of qi deficiency type admitted to Xuzhou Central Hospital from April 2023 to April 2024 were taken as the objects.And they were assigned to two groups with random numerical table.The patients of control group were administrated electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy,and on this basis,the patients of observation group additionally took modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and acupuncture.The comparisons were made on clinical efficacy,pelvic floor surface electromyography values,TCM syndrome scores and pelvic floor muscle strength in both groups.Result:The observation group obtained higher overall effective rate than the control group(P<0.05).The observation group showed lower average values of the pre-resting stage and the post-resting stage compared to the control group,and the observation group had higher maximum values of the fast muscle(type Ⅱ fiber)stage,the average values of the slow muscle(type Ⅰ fiber)stage,and the average values of the endurance test stage than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group achieved lower scores of urinary incontinence,soreness and weakness of the waist and knees,lower abdominal distension and incomplete drainage after urination,and higher pelvic floor muscle strength(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with acupuncture has a definite effect in the treatment of postpartum stress urinary incontinence of qi deficiency type.It can improve the pelvic floor surface electromyography value and TCM syndrome score of patients,and enhance pelvic floor muscle strength.关键词
