Optimization of the lower coiling tail-end device and method for steel strip finishing line

针对带钢精整机组下卷取收尾过程中出现的弯曲、褶皱等问题,提出了一种优化方法.该方法在不增加设备设计和制造成本的前提下,通过调整设备动作顺序和优化压辊辊形,有效解决了传统方法中存在的缺陷.同时,采用作图法和软件拟合建立了带钢收尾长度与钢卷直径之间的准确函数关系,实现了精整机组下卷取收尾时对带尾位置的精确控制.研究结果已成功应用于工程实际,收尾定位成功率达到100%,显著提高了带钢质量和成材率.

To address issues such as bending and folding during the lower coiling tail-end process of steel strip finishing lines,an optimized method has been proposed.Without increasing equipment design and manufacturing costs,this method effectively resolves defects in traditional methods by adjusting equipment processing sequences and optimizing roller shapes.Additionally,accurate functional relationships between strip tail-end length and coil diameter are obtained through graphical methods and software fitting,enabling precise control of strip tail positions during the lower coiling tail-end process.This method has been successfully applied in engineering practice,achieving a 100%success rate in tail positioning and significantly improving strip steel quality and yield.
