预警护理联合全程认知情感智能干预在达芬奇机器人辅助腹腔镜下行微创治疗肾癌患者中的应用

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of early warning nursing combined with whole-process cognitive and emotional intelligence intervention in the minimally invasive treatment of renal carcinoma patients under Da Vinci robot-assisted laparoscopy.Methods Two hundred patients with renal carcinoma who underwent minimally invasive treatment with Da Vinci robot-assisted laparoscopy at the First Affiliated Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the subjects of study.The patients were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group(100 cases)received routine nursing combined with early warning nursing,while the observation group(100 cases)received whole-process cognitive and emotional intelligence intervention on the basis of the nursing given to the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The hospitalization and postoperative drainage tube retention time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the first flatus time and the first ambulation time after operation of the observation group were earlier than those of the control group.The overall incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the overall satisfaction rate of nursing of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).On postoperative day 1 and day 5,the Self-Rating Depression Scale scores,the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale scores,the levels of adrenaline and cortisol of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at the same time(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of early warning nursing combined with whole-process cognitive and emotional intelligence intervention can shorten the postoperative recovery time of patients with renal carcinoma,improve their negative emotions and stress responses,reduce the incidence of complications,and increase nursing satisfaction rate.关键词
