Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of five-in-one nursing combined with evidence-based cancer pain nursing on gastrointestinal function and pain degree of patients after radical resection of lung cancer. Methods A total of 140 patients who underwent thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer at Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology from May 2021 to May 2023 were enrolled and randomly divided into a control group(n=70,receiving routine nursing)and an observation group(n=70,receiving five-in-one nursing combined with evidence-based cancer pain nursing)using a random number table method. The indicators such as gastrointestinal function, and pain degree were compared between the two groups. Results After 1 and 3 months of intervention, the levels of gastrin and motilin,as well as the scores of physical condition,Positive and Negative Affect Scale, and Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-General of the observation group were better than those of the control group at the same time, and both groups were better than those at admission. After 3 months of intervention, both groups were better than those after 1 month of intervention. After 1 month,2 months, and 3 months of intervention, the scores of Visual Analogue Scale of the observation group were lower than those of the control group during the same period, and both groups were better compared with admission. The above comparisons showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of five-in-one nursing combined with evidence-based cancer pain nursing can effectively alleviate pain, promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, improve physical condition and negative emotions, and enhance the quality of life of patients after radical resection of lung cancer.关键词
