Abstract
Objective To analyze the application value of refined nursing strategies based on empathy nursing and cognitive behavioral therapy in patients with endometriosis.Methods A total of 170 patients with endometriosis admitted to Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from October 2020 to October 2023 were enrolled and randomly divided into an observation group(85 cases)and a control group(85 cases)using a simple random sampling method.Both groups received laparoscopic operation.The control group received routine refined nursing,while the observation group received the refined nursing based on empathy nursing and cognitive behavioral therapy.The postoperative recovery index,the incidence of complications,and the changes of psychological state,disease cognition,self-efficacy,and symptoms before surgery and discharge were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative food intake,flatus,ambulation,defecating,wound healing,and hospitalization time in the observation group were relatively better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.71%,which was lower than the 14.12%in the control group(P<0.05).The psychological state score,disease cognition score,self-efficacy score,and symptom score of the observation group before discharge were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of refined nursing strategy based on empathy nursing and cognitive behavioral therapy can shorten the postoperative recovery time of patients with endometriosis,reduce the incidence of complications,and promote the improvement of psychological state,disease cognition,self-efficacy and symptoms.关键词
