Abstract
Objective To investigate the construction and clinical application effect of individualized nursing strategies for children with Kawasaki disease based on evidence-based concept. Methods Eighty children with Kawasaki disease treated at the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(receiving routine nursing methods)and an observation group(constructing and implementing individualized nursing strategies based on evidence-based concept)using a random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The disappearance time of symptoms and coagulation function were compared between two groups. Results The hospitalization, fever reduction, and rash disappearance time of the observation group were shorter or earlier than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 days and 7 days of nursing, the levels of platelets, white blood cells,C-reactive protein, fibrinogen, and prothrombin time in the observation group were better than those in the control group at the same time, and both groups improved compared to before nursing. In addition, the above levels in both groups improved significantly after 7 days of nursing compared to 3 days of nursing, and there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The nursing professionalism and standardization scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the total incidence of complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Constructing and implementing individualized nursing strategies based on evidence-based concept can help shorten the recovery time of children with Kawasaki disease, improve their coagulation function and blood routine indicators, reduce levels of inflammatory factors and incidence of complications, and improve the quality of clinical nursing services.关键词
