Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of joint rehabilitation nursing under the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in patients undergoing transurethral holmium laser enucleation of prostate(HoLEP).Methods A total of 106 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)admitted at the 900th Hospital of Joint Logistics Support Force of Chinese People's Liberation Army from July 2022 to July 2024 were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group(53 cases)received routine nursing,while the study group(53 cases)received joint rehabilitation nursing based on the ERAS concept.The psychological status,recovery,pain degree,stress response,and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The time of first flatus,ambulation,first defecation,urinary catheter extubation,and hospitalization in the study group was shorter or earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the Visual Analogue Scale of the study group at 1 d,3 d,5 d and 7 d after operation were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and the Self-Rating Depression Scale in both groups at discharge were lower than those before nursing in the same group(P<0.05),and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of epinephrine(E),cortisol(Cor),and adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH)in both groups at 3 d after operation increased compared with those before operation in the same group(P<0.05),but the levels of E,Cor,and ACTH in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The overall incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of joint rehabilitation nursing based on the ERAS concept for patients undergoing HoLEP is conducive to postoperative recovery,reducing pain,improving psychological state,alleviating stress responses,and reducing the incidence of complications.关键词
