预警风险护理模式结合中医特色护理策略对髋部骨折患者术后深静脉血栓的预防效果
The preventive effect of early warning risk nursing mode combined with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing strategies on postoperative deep venous thrombosis in patients with hip fractures

Abstract
Objective To investigate the preventive effect of early warning risk nursing mode combined with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing strategies on postoperative deep venous thrombosis(DVT)in patients with hip fractures.Methods A total of 120 patients with hip fractures diagnosed and treated at Guangdong Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2023 to September 2024 were selected.They were divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group was given early warning risk nursing mode combined with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing strategies.The incidence of postoperative DVT,fibrinogen(FIB),D-dimer(D-D)levels,and lower limb arterial blood flow velocity were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative DVT in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).On postoperative days3 and 7,the lower limb arterial blood flow velocity,FIB,D-D levels,and circumference of bilateral lower legs of the observation group were better than those of the control group at the same time(P<0.05),and both groups showed better results than those on postoperative day 1(P<0.05).In addition,the above indicators were better in both groups at 7 d after operation than at 3 d after operation(P<0.05).The proportion of mild pain in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at 3 d after operation,and the proportion of severe pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of early warning risk nursing mode combined with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing strategies can help prevent postoperative DVT in patients with hip fractures,improve their coagulation function,alleviate their pain,accelerate lower limb arterial blood flow velocity,and improve the rate of nursing satisfaction.关键词
