腕踝针联合穴位贴敷缓解肛肠科患者术后疼痛的效果观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with acupoint application in relieving patients'postoperative pain in anorectal department.Methods One hundred patients admitted to the anorectal department of Xuzhou City Hospital of TCM from November 2023 to April 2024 were enrolled and randomly divided into an observation group(50 cases)and a control group(50 cases)using a simple random sampling method.Both groups received the intervention of routine nursing and acupoint application after operation,while the observation group received an additional intervention of wrist-ankle acupuncture.The indicators such as pain degree were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of the Visual Analogue Scale and the wound edema of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 1 d,2 d,3 d,4 d,and 5 d after operation(P<0.05).The pain degree and wound edema in both groups improved compared with 12 h after operation(P<0.05).The levels of serum 5-hydroxytryptamine and norepinephrine in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 5 d after operation(P<0.05).Both groups showed a decrease compared with 1 d after operation(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had fewer episodes of pain and less use of painkillers,and had longer sleep time(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with acupoint application can effectively relieve postoperative pain and reduce wound edema of patients in anorectal department,and it is conducive to reducing the secretion of pain medium and promoting postoperative recovery.关键词
