Abstract
Strengthening the ideological guidance of the spirit of educators is an inherent requirement for the construction of teachers'ethics and style in vocational colleges in the new era.From the subjective perspective of teachers,the construction of teachers'ethics and style is essentially a psychological activity of moral education,whose formation process involves the psychological progression of"cognition-emotion-will-behavior".From fundamental dimensions,theoretical cognition,emotional resonance,will-driven motivation and behavioral cultivation are respectively the primary step,the key link,the foundational guarantee,and the ultimate goal of integrating the spirit of educators into the construction of teachers'ethics and style in vocational colleges.In the future,to integrate the spirit of educators into the construction of teachers'ethics and style in vocational colleges,it is necessary to enhance the understanding of teachers'ethics,focusing on the key points of integrating the spirit of educators into the construction of teachers'ethics and style in vocational colleges;to stimulate ethical emotions,strengthening the driving force for integrating the spirit of educators into the construction of teachers'ethics and style in vocational colleges;to temper ethical will,reinforcing the subjective consciousness of integrating the spirit of educators into the construction of teachers'ethics and style in vocational colleges;and to cultivate ethical behavior,solidifying the actionable support for integrating the spirit of educators into the construction of teachers'ethics and style in vocational colleges.关键词
