The Spirit of Educators Leading the Governance of Teachers'Teaching Innovation Team in Vocational Colleges:Value Implication and Practical Paths

Abstract
As the core value guidance of the construction of vocational education teachers in the new era,the spirit of educators is integrated into the process of governance practice of teachers'teaching innovation team in vocational colleges,which is essentially the key path to solve the dilemma of"organized soulless"governance of the team.Based on the deep fit and mutual construction relationship between the spirit of educators and the governance of teachers'teaching innovation team in vocational colleges,the team governance framework can be systematically constructed with the value implication as the core and the practical approach as the carrier.At the value level,the value system of spiritual empowerment is constructed through six dimensions of political orientation,ethical adjustment,educational innovation,development drive,ecological co-construction and cultural identity.At the practical level,through the four-in-one collaborative governance path of"value cohesion-mechanism reconstruction-capability reconstruction-ecological construction",a governance plan with theoretical explanatory power and operability is formed,which provides new ideas and practical guidance for the governance of teachers'teaching innovation team in vocational colleges.关键词
