The Pioneer of Textile Craftsmanship Clothing the World:the Educator Spirit of Huang Daopo and Its Contemporary Values

Abstract
The educator spirit provides fundamental principles and action guidelines for the construction of teaching staff in the new era.As a key field for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents,vocational education urgently needs to integrate the educator spirit in order to enhance its educational quality and social reputation.As an exemplary ancient Chinese folk craftsman,Huang Daopo demonstrated a distinct educator spirit through her productive labor and skill transmission.A review of historical materials reveals that the educator spirit of Huang Daopo is mainly reflected in the following aspects:a diligent and practice-oriented work ethic,deep patriotic sentiment rooted in her homeland,an innovative mindset striving for excellence,and a wholehearted dedication to mentoring as an educator.Based on this,contemporary vocational college teachers should have a broad vision for their country and family,shouldering the era's mission of cultivating master craftsmen for a great nation;engage deeply in practice,embodying the teacherly demeanor of integrating moral principles with technical skills;and be eager to learn and pursue innovation,forging themselves into exemplary teachers who seek truth and foster creativity.关键词
