Logic,Challenges and Paths of High-quality Higher Vocational Education Resources Sinking into Counties Driven by Industrial Colleges
摘要
Abstract
Industrial colleges are key mechanism for the transformation of resources elements and the generation of capabilities.Their mechanism of action is reflected in the systematic coupling of educational logic,practical logic,organizational logic,and strategic logic,forming a multidimensional support path to promote the sinking of high-quality vocational education resources into counties.In practice,promoting the sinking of high-quality higher vocational education resources through industrial colleges in counties faces challenges such as regional resources inequality exacerbating the imbalance of education supply and demand structure,weak coordination system restricting the generation of governance synergy,virtualization of training fields weakening the educational function of industrial colleges,lagging institutional guarantee system leading to inefficient allocation of key elements,functional alienation of industrial colleges,and decreasing efficiency of intermediary mechanisms.Based on this,it is necessary to promote the effective landing of high-quality vocational resources in counties by optimizing regional balanced layout,reshaping cross-border collaboration mechanisms,deepening school-enterprise cooperation,improving institutional guarantee systems,and innovating the operation mechanism of industrial colleges.关键词
