新时期县域中职学校服务乡村全面振兴的现实困境、行动遵循与实践路径
Realistic Dilemma,Action Logic and Practical Paths of County-level Secondary Vocational Schools Serving the Comprehensive Revitalization of Rural Areas in the New Era
摘要
Abstract
County-level secondary vocational schools,as the main battlefield for cultivating rural technical and skilled talents,play an irreplaceable role in promoting rural talent cultivation,cultural inheritance,governance optimization,industrial upgrading,and urban-rural integration.However,their service efficiency is constrained by multiple practical difficulties such as weak service awareness,insufficient student sources,mismatched talent supply,lack of teacher capacity,insufficient resources investment,and shallow cooperation between schools and enterprises.In response to the above issues,a systematic practice path system should be constructed guided by the six fold action logic of policy driven,coordinated governance,resources integration,innovation driven,collaborative development,and characteristic development.This includes clarifying the positioning of serving rural education,innovating open and integrated education models,optimizing professional settings that meet industrial needs,reshaping the"double-qualified"teachers'teaching capacity,deepening the industry-education integration,and improving the multi-dimensional guarantee system.关键词
