非酒精性脂肪性肝病中医病机演变与铁死亡关系探讨
Exploration of the Relationship between the Evolution of Traditional Chinese Medicine Pathogenesis and Ferroptosis in Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease
摘要
Abstract
Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)has gradually become the chronic liver disease with the highest incidence in China, closely related to various metabolic disorders such as lipid metabolism, iron metabolism, and glucose metabolism.Ferroptosis is an iron-dependent form of programmed cell death, characterized primarily by iron overload and lipid peroxide accumulation.Increasing studies indicate that ferroptosis plays a significant role in the pathological progression of NAFLD.The occurrence of ferroptosis is regulated by the balance among iron metabolism, lipid peroxidation, and the antioxidant axis. The dysfunction of the liver and spleen, internal generation of phlegm-dampness and blood stasis, and qi deficiency with stasis-toxin obstructing collaterals are the main evolutionary pathogenesis.Based on analogical reasoning and evolutionary similarities, the author believes that the occurrence of ferroptosis in NAFLD has certain connections with the evolution of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)pathogenesis. Therefore, the author intends to explore the potential relationship between the evolution of pathogenesis and cellular microscopic changes in NAFLD from the perspectives of ferroptosis regulatory links such as iron metabolism, lipid peroxidation, and the antioxidant axis.Combined with recent research progress on TCM regulation of ferroptosis, the discussion will detail the different pathogenic characteristics of NAFLD,aiming to enrich the modern scientific connotation of NAFLD pathogenesis theory and provide new perspectives and ideas for TCM prevention and treatment of NAFLD.关键词
