长桑君脉法指导治疗高脂血症引起的性功能障碍临证经验
Clinical Experience in Treating Sexual Dysfunction Induced by Hyperlipidemia Guided by Chang Sangjun Pulse Method

Abstract
Chang Sangjun pulse method,originating in the Warring States period and passed down from medical sage Chang Sangjun to medical sage Bian Que,has been preserved in Dr.Li Shusen's family through oral teaching,and the method has been continually refined,becoming a unique family medical technique.After over 30 years of exploration,Dr.Li Shusen has developed a unique and practical system of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)pulse diagnosis.Chang Sangjun pulse study has created three unique characteristic charts:the"pulse motion chart,""pulse shape chart,"and"pulse force chart,"which objectify and record the traditionally subjective and challenging-to-document pulse characteristics.This method also simplifies traditional pulse diagnosis from 28 types to the"ten major pulses,"allowing for easier diagnosis and enhanced clinical efficacy.The"ten major pulses"include rolling pulse,moving pulse,short pulse,tense pulse,subtle pulse,deep-to-bone pulse,turbid pulse,weak pulse,pulse proximal to Cun portion,and the"eight big pulses."Among these,the turbid pulse and deep-to-bone pulse are particularly significant in diagnosing male diseases and are common pulse patterns in patients with sexual dysfunction.This paper focuses on the application of the turbid and deep-to-bone pulses in diagnosing erectile dysfunction caused by hyperlipidemia.The authors believe that Chang Sangjun pulse method can enhance the clarity and objectivity of clinical diagnosis.The application of pulse diagnosis charts as the basis for diagnosis and treatment can increase the comprehensibility and intuitiveness of pulse method learning,fully reflecting the treatment characteristics of TCM,such as simplicity,convenience,efficacy,and affordability,which can be used as a reference for clinical practice.关键词
