"五行十态体质"构建与体质状态多维演化规律探讨
Research on Construction of "Five Elements and Ten States Constitution" and Multi-dimensional Evolution of Constitution States

Abstract
The World Health Organization(WHO)emphasizes improving health levels through health promotion,disease pre-vention and early diagnosis and treatment.Due to the wide variety of diseases and the complexity of viewpoints,the pathogenesis often shows a"diversified"trend.Especially for major chronic diseases,difficult and severe cases,and complex comorbidities,they are closely related to the complex physical condition.Therefore,starting from the perspective of"body-disease correlation"for discussion is the key to breaking through the bottlenecks in disease prediction,prevention and treatment.Based on years of re-search,the team has put forward the innovative concept of"five elements and ten states constitution".Adhering to the law of"correspondence between heaven and man",the traditional theory of the 60-year cycle is applied to the study of physical consti-tution.It comprehensively considers the influence of key factors such as the interaction and inheritance of the five elements and six Qi,the inherent system of the Heavenly Stems and Earthly Branches,the transformation of the positive and the negative,the two Jiazi cycles of the heaven and the earth,and the balanced state of Qi on the functions of the five internal Zang-organs and six Fu-organs of the human body.By applying traditional"medical algorithms",Based on the ascending and descending charac-teristics of the Qi movement characterized by"generation,restriction and generation","depression due to alternative preponder-ance of five elements and six Qi"and"depression due to over-restriction of five elements and six Qi",a detailed analysis was conducted on the relationship between the basic constitution and the acquired constitution state.Paying attention to the influence of the fate pattern at different nodes such as the time of birth,the onset of disease,the time of transmission and transformation,the time of recovery,and the time of medical treatment on the human body,can reveal the relationship between the specificity of the constitution and the susceptibility to diseases of the corresponding system,as well as the relationship between the primary and sec-ondary symptoms of the complex pathogenesis of the zangfu organs,and predict the evolution of the pathogenesis and disease trend at different stages of health status and disease,in order to provide the guiding ideas for the prediction,prevention,individualized intervention and group prevention and treatment of clinical diseases.关键词
