针刺联合神经肌肉电刺激对关节镜下肩袖修复后肩关节功能和神经功能的影响
Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation on Shoulder Joint Function and Nerve Function after Arthroscopic Rotator Cuff Repair

Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of acupuncture combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation on shoulder joint function and nerve function after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair.Method A hundred and fifty patients who visited the Affili-ated Hospital of Henan University due to shoulder joint injury from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the re-search subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method.The control group received neuromuscular electrical stimulation treatment,while the observation group received acupuncture com-bined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation.The excellent rate,adverse reactions,pain level,shoulder joint range of motion,shoulder joint function and nerve function were compared between the two groups at different time points before and after interven-tion.Result The total effective rate of the observation group(96.00％,72/75)was significantly better than that of the control group(86.67％,65/75)(P＜0.05).At week 2,4 and 6 of intervention,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the shoulder joint in the observation group was significantly reduced(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).After the intervention was completed,the active flexion angle and lateral rotation angle of the shoulder joint in the observation group were significantly increased compared to those in the control group(P＜0.01),and the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score of the observation group was significantly down regulated,while the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons' Form(ASES)score was significantly up regula-ted(P＜0.01).After 3 months of intervention,the 36-Item Short-Form(SF-36)score of the observation group patients was significantly up-regulated compared to that of the control group(P＜0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observa-tion group(12.00％,9/75)showed no significant difference compared to that in the control group(10.67％,8/75)(P＞0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation can significantly alleviate the postoperative pain in ARCR,expand the range of motion of the shoulder joint,promote the joint function recovery,improve the neurological function,re-duce the shoulder muscle atrophy and enhance the quality of life.关键词
