Research progress on the addition of traditional Chinese Medicine monomer in feed to combat exercise-induced fatigue
摘要
Abstract
Exercise-induced fatigue can lead to changes in the body's biochemical indicators.For example,alterations in the content and activity of neurotransmitters can affect central nervous system function.Exhaustive exercise can cause a decrease in the activity of liver enzymes in animals,mitochondrial dysfunction,and an increase in oxidative stress.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)exerts its anti-fatigue effect through multiple components and multiple targets.The key material basis of TCM is the monomer of traditional Chinese medicine,which combines the advantages of both TCM and chemical drugs.It has a clear structure and its quality is easy to control.Approximately 4 300 kinds of natural monomers of traditional Chinese medicine have been discovered and can be classified into polysaccharides,glycosides,etc.according to their structures.Polysaccharides exert their anti-fatigue effect through mechanisms such as enhancing antioxidant capacity and regulating the microbiota.When applied in feed,they can promote growth and improve immunity.Glycosides have an anti-fatigue effect through mechanisms such as accelerating lactic acid metabolism.They can reduce oxidative stress and enhance the endurance of animals.Flavonoids can regulate energy metabolism and neural balance,etc.They have antioxidant properties and can improve the production performance of animals.Alkaloids can activate signaling pathways and play an anti-fatigue role,and they can also enhance immunity.In addition,phenylpropanoids,volatile oils,anthraquinones,etc.also have anti-fatigue activities.Currently,there are limitations in the research on monomers of traditional Chinese medicine.There are few clinical studies and the evaluation models are relatively simple.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen research,conduct in-depth analysis of various relationships.Monomers of traditional Chinese medicine have great potential in the field of combating exercise-induced fatigue.关键词
