The effects of different feed additives on the fermentation quality to pepper straw

Abstract
Aiming to explore the regulatory effects of different feed additives on the nutritional quality of chili stalk silage.The experiment was set up with 4 treatments,control group(CK),trial group A1(add 1.5%formic acid),trial group A2(add1.5%Lactobacillus plantarum),trial group A3(add 0.75%formic acid 0.75 Lactobacillus plantarum),with 3 replicates for each treatment.After mixing the chili stalk and additive evenly,the fermentation bag was vacuum sealed for at room temperature.On the 45th day of ensiling,samples were taken for determination and analysis.The results showed that the sensory evaluation of the A1 group was the best compared to the other groups.The pH value of the trial group A2 was the lowest,and the content of ammonia nitrogen was significantly lower than that of the control group,with better fermentation quality.The protein content was the highest,and the content of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber was the lowest in the trial group A3,which added 0.75%formic acid and 0.75%Lactobacillus plantarum.The nutritional components were excellent.It can be seen that the composite ensiling additive ofic acid and Lactobacillus plantarum has excellent fermentation characteristics,and its low cost and easy operation are more conducive to large-scale application,a new technical path for the development and utilization of unconventional feed resources.关键词
