摘要
Abstract
CRISPR/Cas9,as a simple,flexible and accurate gene editing technology,can be used for targeted gene editing of biological traits,and has been widely used in livestock gene editing.In the field of sheep production application,the function of potential genes is studied by establishing animal models to improve production economic traits and disease resist-ance,so as to accelerate the improvement of economic traits.In this paper,CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing system was briefly reviewed,with emphasis on its research progress in mutton quality traits,lactation traits,fiber traits,reproductive traits,disease resistance traits and human disease models.At the same time,the challenges and future development trends of this technology were summarized,in order to provide references for the sustainable development of China's sheep industry.关键词
