摘要

Abstract

Using varieties such as Xinmai 45,Xinmai 58 and Xinmai 65 as materials,the current status of genetic improvement and the main yield and quality traits of Xinmai series varieties in recent years were investigated.The results showed that Xinmai series varieties are mainly derived from the main promoted varieties of Xinmai or further improvement of excellent intermediate materials.The yield levels of strong gluten and medium gluten varieties are comparable,and they have better resistance to stripe rust and sheath blight.Settling time,stratch area,and maximum stratching resistance are the decisive and limiting indicators for strong gluten varieties.Using systematic clustering method for analy-sis,at a genetic distance of 10,all varieties are divided into two major groups:strong gluten and medium gluten.There is no significant differ-ence in yield between different groups of varieties,Xinmai series of strong gluten varieties achieved simultaneous improvement in yield and quality.
