玉米浅绿叶突变体zmlg1的苗期表型鉴定
Phenotypic Identification of Maize Light Green Leaf Mutant zmlg1 at Seedling Stage

Abstract
As an important pigment affecting plant photosynthesis,chlorophyll directly affected the yield and quality of crops.A large number of genes were involved in the synthesis and catabolism of chlorophyl,and the mutation of any gene affected the metabolism of chlorophyll,and futher affecting the leaf color and growth and development.Leaf color mutants were an important means to study chloroplast development and the function of genes involved in photosynthesis.In order to investigate the relationship between maize leaf lightener and chloroplast structure,chlo-rophyll metabolism and photosynthesis,maize light green leaf mutant zmlg1 was obtained by mutagenesis with ethyl methylsulfonate(EMS).The results of light and parameters,total chlorophyll,chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and carotenoids at seedling stage were significantly lower than those of the green leaf wild type.The chloroplast structure of the mutant was changed by transmission electron microscopy on the leaves,which affected photosynthesis and organic matter accumulation.Therefore,studying the phenotypic characteristics of maize light green leaf mutant zm-lg1 at seedling stage could lay a foundation and provided material support for further exploration and identification of leaf color mutant genes,as well as the localization,cloning and functional studies of chlorophyll-related genes.关键词
