摘要

Abstract

In order to explore the cold resistance of Hongmei apricot in different developmental stages in Ningxia,improve the monitoring and early warning ability of spring frost in Hongmei apricot garden,and reduce the loss of frost disaster,this study used artificial frost test chamber to simulate the low temperature environment.Four temperature treatments were set up in the bud stage,full-bloom stage and young fruit stage of Hongmei apricot,respectively,for 1 h,and the cold resistance indexes of each period were measured.The membership function method was used to evaluate the cold resistance.The results showed that the contents of soluble protein,soluble sugar,free proline,MDA and the activi-ties of CAT and SOD could be used as the indexes to evaluate the cold resistance of Hongmei apricot.In the three developmental stages of Hongmei apricot,the cold resistance was the strongest in the bud stage,which could resist the low temperature of-4.5--4.0℃.The weakest cold resistance is the young fruit period,and the sensitive temperature of freezing is between-2.5--2.0℃.The flowering period is at the mid-dle level,which can resist the low temperature of-3.5--3.0℃.
